Not a good idea to go into a cheap hosting such as $1/month, you get what you pay for. Either your sill will be suspended for upload an image with 1mb in size or they'll just say youre using too much bandwith which somehow is illogical when you don't have traffic at all lol.

 

Trying to find a fast and reliable web hosting service for $1 a month is like trying to find a war criminal in a peace rally. You know, impossible. If you ever hope to get something reliable, you should plan to spend at least $10 a month. Possibly more.

I personally use Execute Hosting. They charge $5.95/month, but at least I know that the price I pay will never raise like it does with a lot of hosting companies.
