400 impressions a day, but no clicks!

Hey guys, I've recently put Adsense back on my blog. I want the blog to look clean, so the placement isn't in your face, but still, I'd expect a few clicks! Will you look at my placement and tell me what could be improved, without making the site look like an Adsense site!

The ads on the homepage arent relevant (yet), but the adsense on the high traffic pages is, so this doesnt really matter.

My other site has a CTR of atleast 10% daily, so im a bit gutted about this one! Im going to remove the banner on the right, will replacing it with adsense help?

You need to put more ads link now only one put video ads i thing will help you get more click

I'd say to put more adds in and blend them with the colors of the site. Maybe you could put the ads under or beside some of the pictures?

All I see that is adsense is that horizontal link unit. Those are horrible, unless the placement is just perfect (like a horizontal navigation bar). Consider running some ad units and make them blend into the page.

If those ads are not in your visitors face, then they will be overlooked. Place them where people will read and think those ad units are a continuation of your content.

 

It against the rules to put the words "Main Menu" above your ads.

adsense doesn't perform all that well on some sites. i would wait to gauge your true results until the ads are a bit more relevant

 

the car pictures draw me to that part of the page. I didnt even bother looking on the column with the menu and ads.... put them above the post maybe?
