404 in Google Analytics Organic Report

    Hi Guys!

    In my GA organic report I see /404 page wherein I blocked the /404 page (will not be index by Google). I want to know how does that page show? I checked the Google Search Console there's no /404 page. I run an audit on the site using xenu and screaming frog and fix all the broken links, error pages etc. Still this page shows.

    Can anyone spread some light on this??? This is the first time I encounter this...
    Any help is appreciated :)
