    Nobody can do this manually. He's probably using a software, some kind of backlinks submitter.

    I couldn't help myself but for those of you curious enough that's about 3.5 links a minute......things he'll need

    1) lightning fast internet connection
    2) microsoft sam speech tool (typing each URL would take too long)
    3) Big a$$ cup of coffee to get him through the night.

    The good:
    The guy is very nice, does your backlinks with whatever anchor text you want, spreads them out for you over a week to look more natural to google. All backlinks were there.

    The Bad:
    BANNED FROM GOOGLE. Have sent in my appeal.
