    Hello,

    I know 5 bucks is little cheap but thats my budget i want a header preferrably a moving gif.

    i want it to say

    - $1 For a com, net, info, biz, us, org!
    - my site name www.TLDFree.com
    - also if u can put a wink (smily face)

    i dont want it business nich i want it to be fun high quality stuff.

    First one that has a good design gets it

    Because 5$ is a rip off, i would not even open PS for 5$.

    Its starting to annoy me how people are starting to down grade graphic design and think its easy.
