    I am 98% sure it's a modified Wordpress CMS.
    The structure looks the same (links etc.)

    I run a drupal. that doesn't look much like one, it's most likely a custom cms, if not. then it's a heavily modified cms of some sort.

    And by clone, do you mean look, or features? What do you want it to be able to do?
