$5k a month is not enough anymore please help me!

I wont keep the discussion, and im sorry if anyone might have felt insulted, was not my intention, just a way to express, i do realize i didnt use the correct words.

Thank you for the correction. We all need to try to avoid to use those types of words to describe bad behavior. A scammer is a a scammer, not a fag.

This sounds like a problem with budgeting, go over your expenses each month & clear what weeds you can in your budget.

 

I really believe in the 80/20 rule. You must earn more than you are paying out because if you don't follow this rule you are just wasting your money and time. What is the point of it.

 

I think you should make an ebook and sell it if your method is starting to saturate.

 

As if people are actually offering genuine advice... I SERIOUSLY doubt somebody that clueless is earning any money online, let alone "5-7k" (USD? Yen? Beans?)

I'm going to have to agree that you should just try to cut off as much of these expenses as you can

 

Two things in my mind.
1. You look to be the nice guy who was taken advantage off.
2. You expanded too fast and lost control/gave it to some hoping they will produce the promissed/expected results.

Now IMO you have to sit down put on paper the good and the bad and get rid off the bad stuff in your business model/practice.

Hire people only if you have to, not by laziness. It's sad to give all your money to someone else just because you don't want to take the time to do it yourself. Well at least I guess you make some people happy that way!

You need to take a serious look at where your money is going and get rid of the deadwood. I agree with the 80/20 rule.

 

Well,i think the 5k month is more than enough for you to rinse and repeat to get the same earning,i think it would be good ideas to spend on profitable niche research

 

Cut your losses man.

Decide on two or three project which you like or still believe in, then cut the other projects out. You can only do so much, so continue on what's earning you good money already and then be a part of / supervise the other 2-3 projects and give each project about a year. If no returns or increased traffic, membership sor other measurable variable shows in that timeframe, cut even those projects out.

Stick with your business - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

 

Definitely scale back on what you're outsourcing, and do more stuff yourself or get a better team.
