I just added a 728 x 90 top nav banner to my site. How do you think it looks?
Does it make the site look it has too much advertising? There was a 728 link unit in it's place before and it did alright.

What do you think? Its the first site in sig

its looks good, but i think a 468x60 banner might work better blended between the content a bit further down the page.

i took the 728 banner down, it looked alright when 4 ads were showing but when there was only 1 or 2 ads, it looked weird. Where exactly would you put the 468 banner?

That does look pretty good. However, could that be against TOS with the picture right next to the ad?

i think as long as there is a border (space) between the image and the ads you are ok (this technique is used by many people)
