The site we are running the test on a site that has ads and is quantified, Buzzer Eagle.

Buzzer Eagle had very little traffic before this campaign so any impact is 100% from this campaign.

If you look at the Quantcast stats: http://www.quantcast.com/buzzereagle.com and switch to a 1 week view you will see the huge spike yesterday. 1600 or so worldwide visitors were sent.

We are also running some simple Project Wonderful button spots so you can see the spike in ad impressions:

There was a 500,000 spot move in Alexa in 1 day.

So our analysis:

1. The traffic is legit, but it is mostly non-US and specifically China and Taiwan.
2. It produced measurable impressions for ad serving.
3. The price of $.67/1000 is just about right for this type of traffic.

So if you were looking for cheap traffic. This seems like a good buy at this price.

If you are looking for U.S. or European traffic this is probably not the right source.

Might be wise to offer a cheaper limited test package so we could see if this stuffs for real and suits our needs before dulling out 500. a lot of us have no problem paying If it’s good, but to dull out 500 just for a test run
