    While working on my website I noticed a couple pages that I have no idea what they are about. How did they get there? Can these hurt my website?

    They all have the ..../_vti_bin/shtml.dll/...

    Are these files special in some way? How to remove them? I want to remove them and everything under it, how can I do it when I can't find them in any my folders? I use Front Page.

    That is part f your frontpage extensions. Remove that and frontpage stops working.
