    When I last chatted with them I was on vacation and refused to pay my hotels $1/minute fee to call HG. The chat rep was extremely helpful and they took care of the situation promptly.

    Since he didn't end the chat earlier... I'd say he was having a good time replying to you ;).

    He didn't waste anyones time. This is ridiculous Ive never waited longer then a minute or two to have a chat rep to assist me. The guy had a terminate button. But then I guess humor is different for everyone. I found it funny and I did have a few giggles and I'm not eight years old. He is right if you have a business going and you need help ASAP I would think the first thing to do is call them. No matter what rates. If you have a serious business going 10 dollars for 10 minutes wont hurt you. Plus hostgator is free to call. There are plenty of people to assist you on CHAT.
