    I want such CMS that will be used for video portal. Somewhat similar to youtube, with embed code. Each user can register and upload their video in my website.

    But the speciality of the CMS must be, tracking the videos.

    Say that a user upload a video, Video A, in my website. The he also uploads the same video at youtube, metacafe, vimeo and several other popular video portals.

    Whenever a user login to his account in my website, he is allowed to paste the location of the video file in each video portals. And he will also get all the information about the video, like number of views, comments, etc.

    WHich CMS will be better for me?

    Or will I need to hire some expert to create such CMS? If yes, from where?
