A Media Player Recommendation Please

I'm using Windows Media Player (for) now and the inability to shuffle to a random track is pissing me off now. I know computers have difficulties in general being random since they weren't invented to do random stuff but this is really annoying.

I'm playing my 'all music' list of 24 Gb worth of music and I keep hearing the same tracks (same tunes 4th time today whilst it adds up to 410 hours unique stuff).

Which media player do you use and how does it perform in the randomness department?
