    Sorry for a noob question maybe but what you think about starting a blog with adsense.
    Witch desing must choice(some url will be great becouse i will start a first blog) and do you can give any advice about ad placement.

    You want to sign up with Blogger if you're just beginning. It's a Google service and AdSense is easily integrated with the template. It's not a good idea to start a blog unless you've got something decent to write about - if you fill it with ads only you'll really struggle.

    It's best to place your ads in the middle of the content or on top.

    Blogger is pretty good for beginners, but later on you might want to move on to WordPress.
