Abandoned sites dilemma

    I have a number of sites that i have lost interest in; just sitting there, getting 5-10 daily visitors. They have got some PR and a bunch of backlinks...

    Should i:

    1) Sell them for $20 or something
    2) Try and find some time to develop them further
    3) Let them sit there and then use the old/established domain name for some other project...
    4) Write "Viagra" in the H1, blod, meta, body etc 1000 times and fill the rest of the page with pharmacy affiliate links while pointing 100k coop weight at it.

    What do you usually do? Hmmmm...

    Well why dont you consult an seo if you are trying to develop them.If you are not interested then can i see those sites.I might feel interest on those sites.
