"About Photoshop" easter egg gone in CS3?

    There's a great easter egg in Photoshop when you go to Help > About Photoshop while holding down the Alt key (or maybe Shift or CTRL key - I can't remember which).

    But it's gone in CS3. :(

    Anyone been able to find any easter eggs in CS3?

    they actually included a nice one in here. it's a tribute to one of the photoshop pioneer's Bruce Frasier who passed last year.

    to get to it hold down ctrl (or command on mac) and goto help>about
    now you should see the red pill alternate splash screen

    now hit print screen then create a new document and paste in the clipboard contents.

    open up your levels (ctrl+l or image>adjustments>levels) and move all of the sliders (your black, grey, and white points) to the right. and voila, a tribute to a very well respected man.

    Yeah I read about that just before I posted - it's a nice tribute.

    I do miss those freaky 'about' screens though, they've been going for years.

    There were heaps of other ones though.. I've forgotten most of them too.
    The weird 'about' screens were something I always took for granted, it's sad to see them gone.

    heh. seems that they included the duck from 5.5 as well as the cat that is in the red pill in cs3. sweet. as for it not being all "freaky" they really toned down cs3 as compared to previous versions. focused more on usability instead of aesthetics. a nice change up in my opinion given that it is a huge improvement over previous versions but i am sad to see some of the aesthetic stuff go too.
