    No you can't, you have to buy a license for each domain. You can however change the domain you're using as many times as you like, just so long as you're only using one license for one domain and you update the domain in your member control panel at VB... so if your site turns out to be crap you can still use vbulletin on a different site instead and stop using it on the crap one.
