    I'm designing a theme for my WordPress website and I thought to put adsense ads in the post as shown in this image (that's not the real theme, just a sample).

    would this be a good layout?

    I have this doubt that the ad placement could be against the TOS.
    Basically there's the title of the post followed by an ad, an image relevant to the post (from 150 px up to 560px), some text describing the image, but there could be nothing and finally another ad.

    Is this ok?

    I suggest you put the ad unit to top of title ( The ad unit which currently is below title).
