    But if your transaction is legit,then you can show PP the resit so that they can release your account.

    Wait, how do they know your associated with that website?
    And first paypal increases fee's and now locks accounts that are associated with proxies? Proxies are against the law, it is even stated in the Amendments 4 and 5..
    Whats next paypal? Start charging a monthly fee to have an account?

    I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having. I always keep my Paypal balance at $0.00.

    I sold a Diamond on ebay for about $500 once. It was just the stone it's self so this goes to show what type of stone it was. Anyways - guy submits dispute with PayPal and said his box was empty. PayPal took the $500 out of my account and gave it to this scamer. After that I never kept more then $0.00 in my PayPal account. Never got my $ or the stone back.

    Be careful with PayPal and if you must use it, empty your funds into your bank quickly. Good luck :)
