I got a specific Adsense theme for it yet nobody is clicking. Is placement that bad?

change and fit to your site's style. Like:

    Title: #009193
    Text: #414141
    URL: #6C8C37
    Background: #FFFFFF
    Border: #FFFFFF

Try that color scheme and it depends on your traffic aswell. If your traffic is poor you can not get enough clicks.

That ad at the bottom of the page might not work too well on the front page. It's good for specific articles, though.

Also, you may want to have more page breaks, as that generates more views. The front page is kinda long. :)

That first ad embedded in your blog post... make it float to the left rather than to the right. People read left to right. So chances of people identifying with that ad is less if it's shoved to the right.

Also, you'll have to see, but I've found I get more $$$ with one really well placed ad unit rather than having 3 units spread across the page. You'll just have to see.
