    I am thinking about getting an ad-management software installed on my directory to handle all advertisements.

    Does anyone have suggestions for a good software that displays the ads in a seo friendly manner?

    I'll second openads (formerly phpadsnew) especially once you get used to it.

    I can't say that great of things about the later unless you Need the whole payment side of things.

    Does one of them have like a form a user can fill out the ad details in, click pay then after successful payment is redirected back to the site without having to register as an advertiser?
