I am looking to open an ad network with huge potential and already interested advertisers and publishers which can earn tons in revenue. All I need is a partner with good programming skills and who is willing to split costs and work. We can split revenue 50/50. PM me if you are serious and interested.

As speaking from personal experience, it is never a good idea for one to be involved in a 50/50 partnership, rather a 40/60 split is better.

Good luck in finding a partner though.

This is not that easy moores ... first you should worry about your geographical location. This is not only a matter of programming skills, there are as well legal/fiscal issues at stake. I'd say for such a project you would need someone that you can meet in person quite easily.

The key is good programming skills. You don't have the technology and want to start up, right?
    PM me some info.
