Well, its not hard to blend on a site that is black and white.

Your placement needs a little work as my first impression was everything was just to cluttered. Looks like you just crammed them in there. Maybe make dedicated spots, that look symetrical.

Add yellow into your color scheme and change the ad link color to yellow so they stand out a bit more.

Looks too cluttered for me. Just choose one either adsense or bidvertisers. And the one at the bottom of the page is better to be put below post title IMHO.

The link bar in the top looks squeezed...Give it some space :)

i cant afford to leave out the bidvertiser adverts becasue although they get less clicks than my adsense ones, they pay a lot lot higher. I am still new to this so i will implement things people have said

    thanks all :D

colours are good but if you use square ads units between your blog posts , i think it will give you a better result

I think you've done a great job with the integration, but unfortunately you are breaching the AdSense Programme Policies -

    "Competitive Ads and Services

In order to prevent user confusion, we do not permit Google ads or search boxes to be published on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colors as the Google ads "
