Ad placement - how does it look?

This is my first blog, and first experience with adsense so would appreciate any comments on the ad placements on my blog.

There are two units at the side and at the bottom, what do you think of the colour scheme and blending?

Everything is just fine except the color-scheme of your blog!The pink color is just too irritating to eyes.
And about Adsense placement,I would ask you to remove ads from footer and place them after content in centrebar.You can also use Google search also.BTW how much traffic are you getting?

 

I think you've done a fine job. With ad placement basically you have to go with what works. Test and if you're not doing well, change them around.

I would suggest you place an ad under or in your posts as well

 

Alisha, i have been on your site and i have to search for adds on side bar, the minute i enter in the site, i start reading and then in end i saw the ads, pink tells that its of girl'sblog , but its not very attractive, try some other shade of pink and also doted lines with in the box also irritating,
one thing which is most important is matter, which is good and i admit i read all first than i look around.also if you can make the add size little bit small than it will make the blog more atractive, other wise they are very big in size.

 

I think it looks ok. Pink isn't my favourite choice of colour, but I'm sure some will like it ...

Maybe you could make better use of your left sidebar . maybe with text ads or something similar ..

reverse the color of your ad unit...pink for the title and black for the text and url...

 

I have checkes ur blog really nice....

suggestion : the color of ur adds should smimilar to the background color.......... which will help you to got more clicks & this will improve look of ur blog .....
