    add a banner on top of your ad and align the ad center...make the text and link title the same...

    the bottom ad kinda sticks to the side of your layout...better to align that with your content...are just place it on your content...

    add an ad to the top of the single post page, right in the middle. You may have to widen your theme a bit but it would be worth it, right?
