AdMob Disabled On App For Wrong Reasons (Google Robots At It Again!)

Having just had my Google Play account unfairly terminated, it now seems that Google are really into trying to screw my livelihood, although the app in question doesnt make any revenue, it is not the revenue that is the case, it is the principle.

    This is the email..

Subject: Google AdMob ad serving has been disabled to your application‏

    Message:

    Hello,
This email is to alert you that one of your applications is not currently in compliance with our AdMob program policies and as a result, ad serving has been disabled to your application.

    Issue ID#: 31355648

Ad serving has been disabled to: Bluetooth Strangers Chat (com.bluetooth.strangers)

Action required: Check all other remaining applications in your account for compliance.

    Current account status: Active

    Violation explanation

GOOGLE PLAY REMOVAL: AdMob publishers are not permitted to abuse or promote the abuse of any Google product, such as Google Play, YouTube, or Blogger. This includes circumventing, or providing the means to circumvent, the policies or terms of these or other Google products, such as by allowing users to download YouTube videos.

If your app is removed by Google Play policy enforcement, please contact Google Play about an app removal here. If Google Play reinstates your app, please submit an appeal to our team.

Action required: Check account for compliance
While ad serving has been disabled to the above app, your AdMob account remains active. We suggest that you take the time to review the rest of your applications to ensure that they’re in compliance with our policies, and to monitor your apps accordingly to reduce the likelihood of future policy emails from us. Additionally, please note that our team reserves the right to disable accounts at any time if we continue to see violations occurring.

    Appeals

If you wish to appeal this disabling then you can do so by using our appeal form.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdMob Team

Now my app in question, Bluetooth Strangers (available to download here from my dropbox if you want to check it out and see how wrong Google are, please do), does not match up at all to this app suspension. It does not use Youtube or Blogger and it is not on Google Play since my Google Play account was unfairly terminated, so how does it break the following terms...

"AdMob publishers are not permitted to abuse or promote the abuse of any Google product, such as Google Play, YouTube, or Blogger. This includes circumventing, or providing the means to circumvent, the policies or terms of these or other Google products, such as by allowing users to download YouTube videos."

Could it be that I took an open source template, completely customized it and added AdMob maybe? If so, is that not what the entire Google Play marketplace is, selling Android apps built using open source coding and templates? Surely this can´t be the reason, because if it is, that puts the entire Google Play marketplace under this suspension! This is the only reason I can think of, unless they are pissed off with me for my app linking to my other apps that are no longer there because they terminated my Google Play developer account for no reason. Even so, how the hell am I supposed to fix the issue if I can not update the app through Google Play, I do not have access to the people´s phones that installed the app in the first place!

What I actually am beginning to think is that someone from Google does not like me or more likely, Google do not like anyone outside of Google having any success or it could be that their system is actually failing and their automated system is making a ton of mistakes lately.

I have also had my Adsense suspended 3 times in the past 3 years, each time on my birthday and upon appeal, without making any changes, I get the email "Thank you for making the necessary changes to your website", ads live again. Look for a post very shortly from me about my Adsense account being banned again. If it is, it means that Google are probably pissed off with this post or it will happen, as normal, on June 5th.

One thing, I make more money on LifeStreet Media now than I do on Adsense, the only loss I have is around €15 which was once €250 a day until Google de-ranked my main website years ago for link spam, not my spam, a competitor spam. So rather than waste my time removing links, which is impossible in most cases, I started again and have never recovered. I am now seriously considering switching to Mac and iOS and using a different search engine, probably Bing or Yahoo and getting to know more about other ways of making a living that does not involve the Google fascism.

Goodbye Google, I made about €140,000 out of you, thanks for that, you probably made €300,000 out of me, small change for your greed driven dirty monopoly and useless CEOs, however, as it seems that right now you do not even know what your motto should be as you have admitted in public that you have grown out of the "Dont be evil" motto, it would seem that as you do not know where you are, you may just come crashing down to earth. You have pissed off enough people on your way to the top, I think the power has shifted to those people.

    hi..yeah this is google.

google is odd, sometimes we do not feel any adverse action but suddenly our account banned.

This banned experiences sometimes make us stress, but how else, Google is a giant company, that sometimes we as publishers felt disadvantaged and unable to do anything.
