The features that used to be in ImageReady are now in Photoshop. Your mistake is, you're looking for ImageReady. What you need to look for is whatever it is that you specifically want to do. What is it you want to do?

I use ImageReady for animation, so last time I was wondering the same question, I looked at the view window and there is an option to show whatever windows. And I find animation there.

So if you are looking for options that was in ImageReady you could probably look around CS3's menu options and see if they are there somewhere.

Under the Windows menu there's an option called "Animation." This is probably what you're looking for.
