Adplacement - Is it ok?

    I'm happy with my ad placement besides if someone has a recommendation.

    But I recently added an ad semi-near an image, I don't think, it can be associated.

    It does get a slightly higher ctr.

    I'm usually wrong, hence the reason I am asking.

    I'm referring to the ad that's next to the small thumb nail. Does it go against the TOS.

    From about 1 percent click through rate to 3.

    I'm not a big fan of borderline either.
