    first, you must make sure the video content is not copyright material or pirate, if not google can ban you to place adsense in website like that

    the best placement is under title, above or in side the video, just experiment with it

    Personally, I find ads between posts a little bit too intrusive and annoying. I suspect they get more clicks but you risk alienating your forum members, and the forum can suffer overall as a result.
