Ads don't match content

    Hello,

Having a problem with adsense showing ads that have nothing to do with my content.

I have a site that indexes at over a half million links, standards compliant, proper description and keywords. Google has always loved us in the past. Now we're thinking of putting some ads on the site but we can't get google to show relavent content.

I've tried everything from tweaking the description, changing the content on the page, using <!– google_ad_section_start –>important content<!– google_ad_section_end –>... and everything else I could think of.

The site is about drawing - but I can't get anything except ads that have to do with DVR's and Surveillance Management...

Isn't there some way I can tell google to just show ads on my site that have to do with "drawing"?

How long have you been showing ads on site? Also how long has site been up? By the fact you say site has been well indexed makes me think site has been up for some time.

I have seen non-related ads initially but on topic by next day.

The site has been up and running for about 3 years. The ads have only been on for about 3 days. We're running them on pages that are getting dramatically less traffic than our main pages. (During this testing phase). Could that have something to do with it?

Yes Wyla - as I said we've tried Google targeting already.

Google indexes our site VERY frequently. It's there pretty much everytime I check the logs.

I know this is silly but I can't give out the url for the site :(

iframe another page with lots of content for the ads you want.
