    I am considering on using this Ads Minded theme for my blog.
    I have a question. Isn't Adlink violating a TOS as the background technique has Eye catching method.
    mybe you have resources for newer and better one wordpress themes?

    On the contrary I think it is breaking the TOS - in particular the referral buttons at the top right labelled 'Make Money With Google AdSense'. AdSense consider referral buttons the same as any other AdSense element and they can only be labelled as 'Advertisements' or 'Sponsored Links'. Saying 'Make Money With Google AdSense' is offering and incentive (make money) to click - definitely not allowed.

    I use that theme on a number of blogs and have each time got permission from Google to use it although I did remove the "make money from adsense".

    If in doubt ask Google.
