ads not related

    Google already picked up the site for almost 2 weeks but ads on the main page is not related. is this normal?

    By saying that Google has "picked up" the site, I'm assuming you mean they've indexed you? Even if this is the case, Google still has to send their bots often enough to spider your page to send relevant content. What's the site you're referring to? Maybe there are other problems...

    I also found with my sites that it takes a few weeks for the ads to better match the site content. I suspect this is a combination of better content matching over time and tracking viewer response to ads which are served.

    Even so, individual pages can have ads which are way off base when they first appear. That sorts itself out after a regular visit by the bots or when a page is viewed, prompting a visit from the AdSense bot.

    It seems that bots which index you for the search engine are not the same as the ones which index pages for ads. Though, they may share some information.
