    Your placement is pretty good at the moment. For your 468 x 60 ad unit in your content area, you can add two 1/2 banners instead and make them align with your 2 columns on the bottom (that'll blend in better..)

    I think you should test it for a while and see how is it going.
    After that you will know what to improve.

    Use channels for every ad to track the performance ;)

    colours and blending nice but i usualy dont like the 468*60. you can can it to square units
