    Its pretty good but I would:

    Add a link unit along the top, right under the bar and logo (will look like site navigation and will get cliks)

    I would remove the kewords on the url (youtube bla bla) because video ads don't pay Sh*t.

    Theres quite a bit of white space. You can fit ads along there nicely and get hits.

    But you need traffic first... Alexa: 1199000
