Adsense and drop down menu

    I'm currently doing a site, I have put a drop down menu and Adsense bottom.

    When the drop down list is activated, it goes over the ads. Is this allowed? Or should I put Adsense before the menu?

    That ad might get accidentally clicked. It could even cause an accidental click by you, so better place it somewhere else
