    I built a new site and it has a left menu and a content area so heres a example

    Now my question is when the page loads the only links are adsense unless you scroll down a tiny bit then you see the Site links below the adsense 160x600 is this ok? so do other links have to be visable i think that this is a ok thing but i just wanted to check with some people who have more knowlege of the TOS and adsense experince.

    its perfectly fine. otherwise it will always be a violation for people whose monitor resolutions are 800x600 and below (since the ad unit will always be longer than the monitor hright). :)
