Adsense below the header and above post...?

Hey, can you help me out?

I'm am blogging at blogger, and it works fine...

but there's something it what to have in my page... I've noticed somebody is placing Adsense ads, just below their header but before the post section...

Can you please tell me how to do that? Or do i have to touch my template for that?

Anyone?

Do you mean including ads like I have done on my blog? Heres the link.

If so then you can simply create a new page element like you normally do and drag it to the top of the blog posts section. You will see there are two positions that they can go in. Either right across your template or you can go a little lower so that its the same width as the posts.

I have personally placed a link unit above the posts and it is the same width as the posts so that it doesn't cross two different coloured backgrounds. JUst give it a go and you should be able to get what you want.

you must edit your theme for getting a placement like that

 

I normally just edit the template, this gives me
much more control in the final appearance. I know
it can be scary to do this, but if you backup your
template, you can always revert back to the
original if it goes pear shaped.
