i am just running phpbb for a general forum with a bit web dev on the side, i installed mod called inline ad manager, it is a fantastic program that allows you to change where you want the ads to appear, for example
i can have ads after the first post and then every 3 after that or i can just have it every 3, and you can make it so it only displays to unregistered members or to everyone, or to people under a certain post count. This also gives you a great depth of different ads because they are suited to that topic, so the more breadth your forum has the more the difference is between your ads and this increases your click through ratio

Woow this seems to be a very nice mod I need !!

Can you specify different ads per section of your forum... I mean... Can you place affiliate program(s) about "PS2 games" in the "PS2 Games"-forum ? :)

Thanks for sharing ! Could you PM me your forum so I can have a look at it !! :)
