Adsense not showing on root but it does on index.php

Okay shoot me, adsense worked fine until yesterday morning, suddenly the link ads disappeared and the ads only showed one irrelevant ad... But when you approach the except same page by adding index.php to the url it's fine...

    www.gumball-3000.com/rally/ - shows no / irrelevant ads

    while the same page...

www.gumball-3000.com/rally/index.php - shows all ads and relevant ads

Two questions, what could have caused this to happen? 2nd how do I fix it?

Read a rumour somewhere that when you refresh a page to often adsense blocks it? Could this have happened? And ain't that a kind of bug, because that would mean if I go to someones website and I hit the refresh button a couple 100 times his page won't show the right ads anymore?!

weird, but the problem is, it should be that way for every visitor, and apart from you all the people I spoke said they didn't see any ads when they approached the page at the root...

Google indexes / and /index.php seperately. Put a link to both the / and /index.php and when the spider comes it'll index both.
