    Everytime you see an offending site that broke the Adsense TOS, just click on the Google sign and report it. Help Adsense to do what is right.

    They just don't pay you when you request the money. They actually accepted my website, they don't care, it's free advertising if they're not paying lol...

    There are two cases.
    1> Either the site has not been notified to google about warez content and so maybe banned soon
    2> The site has 20 million content page views per month or more. So it is using Adsense Premium ad units and for any premium user, the ad units are totally customizable-from custom sizes to color, you can remove ads by google link and they are even allowed on warez and adult sites. This question was asked at Labnol.org in its forums about the 480x128 size ads and the rather custom 'ads by google' link.
