If that is the case I should just dump the old blog and start a new one, there is nothing there anyway.

This seems like more work than it might be worth for a non-coder

You should be able to create a new blog under the same account, but have a different subdomain. Example...my account redking lets me login and I can create blogs like, redkingpersonal.blogspot.com or redkingschool.blogspot.com.

I like the blogger software alot. You can create an account and change everything from the login name to the email associated with the account and the password (obviously). However, since Blogger got bought by Google and with the popularity of Adsense, blogger subdomains (xxx.blogspot.com) have grown really popular. Lots of good subdomains are taken by people looking for memorable names. Mememorable names = visited blogs = high adsense potential. If someone has a subdomain, they own it for life!

The only thing missing from the blogger software is the ability to have categories for your posts. I hope they add that soon!

Save yourself the headache of trying to do it yourself. Actually, it's not THAT hard, but I just got all the code off the Pre-Fabulous blog. They posted a template with adsense built right into blogger, so you can just copy, paste, add in your information (takes VERY basic html skills) and you are well on your way to making mad cash! WOO!
