I'm going to be launching several dozen sites set up like this one I currently have www.skooma.net

They will all be networked together through a directory I build. How is the ad placement I have so far in skooma? Skooma isn't going to be the domain, it's a temporary domain.

My CTR is 3.06% with a .82 CPM with 100 impressions so far in the first 16 hours after launch. What could I do to boost my cpm a bit and maximize profit in that aspect? I want to get each of these sites up to a few bucks per day.

Skooma will be the domain of a bigger scheme I have going next month. I've held the domain for 4 years this october.

what i see is that the ads have nothing to do with your site content... most of the ads i see are for html, javascript etc.. and your site is abou acne..

thats the reason why you have a low ctr probably..

what can I do to get the adds to display properly? just wait for google to spider the site.. If you go to a article the ads are actually on subject.

the placement is good, but you will get more revenue with a square wrapped around the text in the first paragraph, if that is what your focussed on.

and give google time to spider to get relevant ads

I would agree with wraped around text. but don't choose big ad unit.

Google Media Bot ought to spider your content to get relevant ads. Easiest way to get that done is get good quality BLs and your stuff will be spider a lot quicker and lot often.

Hm, so if I have inline ads in my articles, changing them from 336*280 and 300*250 to a 250*250 format would be more effective? What should I use the large rectangle formats for then?

I increased my overall keyword density yesterday morning to 16.77 % for the word Acne and 5.77% for the term Acne Treatment.

Today I was indexed in google and saw a 30% rise in traffic. While still low my uniques for yesterday were only 18, today I'm already at 25 uniques and it's only 9:40AM

Today I will be submitting to more directories, working on my other articles. The main page is all I did yesterday.

My first three days I averaged over a dollar a day and made around $3.80.. Then the next four days I didn't make anything as my traffic that I had sent from the newsletter was gone. Except for 10-20 hits a day.

Yesterday it recovered with a .57 cent click on the eighth day, but the traffic is still low. I'm looking for better results next week.
