    Change the placement all together, it sticks out, both the ad block and the link units. Also make sure you blend them. Choose the appropriate link color.

    I'm working on making it so that it is not right below the text header, but am unsure of how as of right now. If anyone could help that'd be great. If not, then were do you suggest I put the ads?

    The square ad box sticks out horribly. People will just become blind to it or they will just leave after seeing it. Remove that, and put an ad in your content somewhere so you can get more clicks.
