Adsense referal badge thingy

I've added the adsense referal banner on my blog, i.e. pasted the javascript into the sidebar.php and it's slowing the load times - when I take it down, everything is fine.

    Anyone else had similar probs?

Not that fussed, but would be good to have it on there atleast!

I wouldn't waste my time on their referrals. Join Azoogle!

Adsense referral buttons do not work well on all sites. However, it can be a nice bonus.

Thanks for hijacking my thread :p

So it's common knowledge that Google Adsense referral buttons suck and don't work properly on websites?

Yea, I've been running it for a few days, it not only slows down the site, but also no one DOWNLOADS it!

Referrals are bringing in a bit of cash for me - worthwhile me keeping it on my site. I've attempted to maximise this by rotating between Firefox and Picassa ads (I don't show Firefox ads to Firefox users), and using a variety of different phrases/colours from US and UK languages (see this thread).

    Cryo.
