Adsense Sharing/ Blog Co-authoring

I've been considering looking for someone who might be interested in co-authoring on my blog. For pay I would share my Adsense clicks with this person if I choose to do this.

If I were to do this, I would like to find someone who is very knowledgeable in the subjects that are covered on my blog, a person who can write very well, spell, and speak English fluently.

My question is how do you get people to co-author your blog? How do you get someone who has the qualifications to co-author your blog when you don't have much to give them? Is anyone currently doing this? Are you successful at it?

If you are looking for someone send me a PM with the URL and maybe we can work something out.

This isn't that extreme of a decision. I've seen deals like this before. If you have a specialized blog you might want to ask around for a specialist in the copywriting section. A lot of content writers are newbies who aren't going to be as high of quality of a writer as you need. You'll have to do a lot of work to make it worth their while though. Make it a really good blog and advertise it, otherwise they could just write their own and get all the money.

As far as adsense sharing goes, I think you can just rig up a line of code that makes it pull up their adsense account ads x% of the time, so it would really be easy.

I already have a script that will set a certain percentage of clicks. My blog receives about 1500 uniques a month. It's been around for a year. My problem is, I don't have the time to post as frequently as I would like to.

Then you should have no problem finding someone willing to write for you. If you don't mind, what is the topic of your blog. You could also just make people submit a sample article to you before you hire them. That will weed out most of the inexperienced writers.

My blog is about how to start an internet business. I cover topics from dropshipping to SEO and everything in between. I'm currently making between $20-$36 a month with Adsense but that's with me only posting about once a week.
