Adsense stats still down?

You're like the third guy to say that. I broke my personal record yesterday.

my Adsense are up now, too. I was at the end of any progress, but, now, stats
are back.. (se europe)...

 

Same thing here!!! Record broken by 15%...
Is it a quick "gift" by google just to help us to forget about that 12 hours stress??

Actually, for me, it wasn't a huge percentage jump, but just a nice upward trend. I'd like to think I have finally gotten how to earn big $$$'s down and that it wasn't a gift from the google gods LOL

 

It was not by any means a gift for me, really really bad day it was, I would really like to forget this incident.

Seems to be happening to everyone. But look on the bright side, when it finally does start working you'll go into check your stats and be hapily surprised with all you have made while it was down.

 

Same here my earnings were $XXX.XX at 9:00PM yesterday. Thay remained exactly the same till 2:00 AM. When I woke up and checked earnings WOW...my biggest AS day ever.

 

I checked. Not breaking any records, but a couple hundred a day doesn't hurt.

I am sitting here right now that I break $5 today Although I am just getting started as well.

 

Well we all have to start somewhere...

 

I started with adsense back in 03 and I was making about $15 dollars a day. Over the two years that followed, I continued to build useful content and learned how to seo (mostly from boards like this and a few ebooks). At the end of April, I had the highest day yet, over $550.

It takes time to build traffic. It takes time to build content. Too many people hit the net thinking they can make a killing in a very short time period. Does it happen? Definitely. BUT for most people it takes a lot of "work" and time. For me, it never really was work because I love what I do.

Follow what you love and learn how to get the seach engines to love it too (for se placement and hence traffic) and you will see a decent return on your time and effort.

Just my 2 cents.

This month being pretty good for me, I'm sitting at 45 bucks (I usually barely make 100 a month!), but compared to you guys, I realize I'm really way behind

 

Don't believe everything you read.

You'll make a bad decision based on someone's BS and it will cost you time, money and frustration.

I wasn't really planning on taking any decision whatsoever, so I do not understand exactly what your message meant.

 

SEO is search engine optimization aka how to get your site to the top of the search engine results.

Last month, the two sites that bring in the most money via AdSense had 216,000 and 213,000 unique visitors respectively. Mind you, these are older sites registered in 1997 and 1999 and I have worked up to those numbers.

I know that was not directed at me, but just wanted to clarify. I have nothing at all to gain by disclosing this stuff. I just want to tell the people, who are new, that time and work can help you reach your goals. If you are one of the lucky ones who makes a fortune out of the gate, then great, but in my not so humble opinion , the way I make my "fortune" is much more likely to happen to the "average joe" webmaster than the fast track to millions.

 

Quite a few people are reporting records, that's why I think this is all the manifestation of a traffic meltdown with AS. Either that or G, having noticed an exponential growth in AS clicks and earnnings this week, spoke a collective, "Whoa! What the heck is going on?!" Perhaps they put their system into "scrutiny mode (or maybe I'll call it "audit mode") which is causing the lagging, etc. Who knows.
