    I think its out and available..
    but they are not giving it to me. What to do? Do I have to apply for that or what?
    is there anyone using video ads? how are they performing?

    It is out and available.

    You cannot request video ads or make them appear. The only thing that you can do is enable "image ads" to allow the videos to show. If you have not opted for text and image ads, or image ads only you will not see video ads.

    You also have to make sure that you have chosen the correct ad size to make them appear...Square (250x250), Rectangle (300x250), and Large Rectangle (336x280) are the only 3 ad sizes that video ads currently play in.

    I have one site that occassionally gets the same video ad on it, but I have no control over how frequently it appears and I really cant tell you how well it performs.
