    i'm sure a multibillion dollar company like godaddy is in good with google so they will let them bend there TOS.

    But im sure if you did it on your site google would slap you for it.

    Yep, GoDaddy would definately be a Premium Publisher with AdSense. They are a huge company & gets heaps of page impressions.
