Adsterra Is Totally Lousy

    I read a lot of reviews about Adsterra and joined it.

    To my bad luck.

    When I put the codes they have on my website –they change them behind me…

    Without telling me

    And they put all kinds of other ads on my website –

    Inclusive of adult ads.

    Whe I write to them..

    Again and again and again…

    I get no reply from them.

    Total scam going on here.

    Because they are so lousy…

    To say so in lighter words.

    You said you had assigned someone to contact me.

    My bad again, the person you assigned was the same pathetic support person –

    The name of this rep of yours is - Tsugur!

    I have found dealing with this rep to be extremely offensive.

    The rep had not contacted me for a week.

    Then when the rep contacted me and I replied, again the rep did not contact me for 4 days…

    And then I wrote in this forum and you told the rep to get in touch…

    The rep contacts me with lies.

    After telling the rep to refrain from contacting me again, the rep still contacts me.

    This is harassment by your people!

    Please ensure that this rep never contacts me again.

    Kindly contact me yourself via my email to resolve this issue.

    Glad to see it got resolved. A customer service rep can make or break a service. Over the years I contacted my hosting provider many times over some issues and one rep would be courteous and super helpful and then you call the next time and it would be a pure nightmare.

    Well firstly its very ugly that they put adult ads on your site without asking you .But after all i see the problem its fixed and you are hapy with them now

    The question remains as to whether this is being handled "specially" due to the negative post here on DP or if all of their customers will get the same service without having to publicize their problems? What do you think, @vna1611???
