Advice - dot.com Blog - Hobby to a Business

    Hey guys, I know how all of you love to give advice. :)

    I have been running a dot com blog for a year now, Its a video gaming blog. It has maintained quite well and i loved and enjoyed all the work i put into it. I now want to take this blog and make it a business and expand. Over the past year the site got updated daily with a few articles.

    Any advice on taking the first steps and maximising the revenue from the site to hire bloggers and expand blogs? Any other advice would be great.
